We want you to be absolutely in love with your Ken & Dana Design piece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-custom jewelry. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring it is scanned for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
