How long does it take to receive my custom jewelry?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our New York studio. Standard production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping time, depending on the complexity of the design.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our designs worldwide via secure, insured international carriers. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most of our signature collection pieces in their original condition. Custom-designed or modified rings are generally final sale, but we offer a one-time complimentary resizing.

To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler or ordering our complimentary ring sizer through our website before finalizing your purchase.
